The registration fee includes a copy of the Proceedings on a USB-stick, the Conference Welcome Reception on 5/10, Lunch on 6-7/10, Coffee on 6-7/10 and a tour through the Unesco World Heritage Site, the Grand Béguinage (6/10).
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of participation before September 1st, 2015 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of €35 per person. In case of cancellation after September 1st, 2015 no refunds of any kind will be made
Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa to attend the conference may contact us specifying the necessary details. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the conference organisers in any way.
